In return, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary, company car or allowance, generous benefits including healthcare and pension schemes, and the chance to work with a market-leading team that values expertise and customer focus.

-
Relationship building to maintain strong connections with clients and customers throughout the claims process.

-
Empathy and understanding when dealing with sensitive situations.

-
Adaptability and flexibility to perform effectively during surge periods.

-
Strong organisational skills to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

-
Professional qualifications , ideally ACII/ACILA or equivalent.

-
Market awareness and account management experience as an advantage.

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
