Executive Account Manager

The Executive Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing NetWitness business across Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. This role focuses on driving revenue, developing strategic customer relationships, managing partners, and expanding NetWitnessβ presence across key enterprise, government, and critical infrastructure accounts.
The Executive Account Manager will act as the primary commercial point of contact for customers and partners, ensuring strong account planning, pipeline development, deal execution, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory and account plans for Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities across enterprise, government, financial services, energy, telecom, and critical infrastructure sectors.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, procurement teams, and executive sponsors.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Work closely with channel partners, distributors, system integrators, and MSSPs to expand market coverage and accelerate sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, professional services, customer success, renewals, legal, finance, and leadership to ensure successful deal execution and customer delivery.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM updates.
- Identify customer security challenges and position NetWitness solutions effectively across threat detection, response, SIEM, NDR, endpoint, and incident response use cases.
- Support customer retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Represent NetWitness at customer meetings, partner events, conferences, workshops, and executive briefings across the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer requirements across Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and act as an escalation point for commercial and account-related matters.
