Due to our fast growth and incoming slate of new projects, we are looking for an Event Manager to join our Experiential Team.
Wearelookingforanexperiencedmarketingeventsprofessional,tomanageandexecutesomeofthehighestprofileprograms, globally.YouwillhelpdevelopandproduceeffectiveandoutstandingeventprogramsforourB2Bevents,overseeingallaspects ofeventprogramdevelopment,including,butnotlimitedto,content,creative,andlogistics,AVandvendormanagement.In addition,youwillalsouseyouranalyticalskillstoconductpost-eventreportingandROIanalysistomeasureprogram(s)for effectiveness.
TheEventManagerroleisidealforsomeonewhothrivesinfast-paced,cross-functionalenvironments,obsessesoverthe details,andbringsdeepexperiencemanagingthefulllifecycleofcorporateandstrategicevents;frominternalsummitsto high-visibilitythird-partytradeshows.TheEventManagerwillfocusonplanning,operationalizing,andexecutingmajor momentsthroughouttheyear,withcross-functionalworkingteams.Theeventmanagerwillbeplacedwithoneofourclients, embeddedfull-timeasadedicatedsupportresourcewithintheirglobaleventsteam.
Key responsibilities are dependent on client needs, but may include:

Event execution: Projectmanageassignedeventsfromstarttofinishbycreatingeventplaybooks,leadingweekly stakeholdermeetings,developingandpresentingpost-eventdebriefs,andtravelingonsiteorsupportingvirtuallyas needed.

Logistics management: Oversee assigned event logistics, including placing booth orders, shipping materials and swag, andreportingonkeyperformanceindicatorstomeasurethesuccessofevents.

Collaboration and coordination: Partner with marketing, sales, business development, and other teams to manage boothdesign,presentationcontent,onsitestaffing,andpost-eventanalysis.

Budget oversight: Maintain and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality delivery.

Sales enablement: Create and distribute materials designed to help sales promote events — including drafting content foreventpages,invites,emails,andFAQs.

Documentation and coordination resources: Create and maintain up-to-date trackers, workback schedules, timelines, briefs,andbriefingdocumentstoserveasasourceoftruththroughouttheplanningprocess.

Stakeholder communication: Collaborate and communicate major deadlines, developments, and goal tracking to cross-functionalworkstreams,vendors,andleadership.Raisekeydecisionsandblockersforteamresolution.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 5-7 of experience in experiential project management, at a remote or multi-location company
- DirectexperienceinworkwithandinaB2BtechnologyorSaaSenvironment,withafocusontradeshowbooth logistics,internalcorporateprograms(kickoffs,summits,customeradvisoryboards),andsalessupport
- Strongprojectmanagementskillswiththeabilitytoprioritizeanddrivemultipleprojectswithsimultaneousand conflictingdeadlinestoexecutionwithminimalsupervision,ontimeandonbudget.
- Excellentcommunicator;collaborative,organized,withstrongpresentationskillsandtheabilitytobuildrelationships acrosscross-functionalteams.
- Experienceworkingwithcross-functionalteamsandexternalvendorsonin-personevents,includingfabricationand signagevendors,staffingcompanies,anddesignfirms.
- Experiencemanagingeventswithlargeworkingteamsacrosscontentstrategy,creative,customerexperience,internal and external outreach, and event metrics.
- Highattentiontodetailandaresults-driven mindset.
- Comfortableworkinginafast-paced,embeddedclient environment.
- Willingnessandabilitytotravelandactasonsiteleadatmajorbrandmoments,nolessthan2–3timesperyearandup to 35% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5+yearsofexperiencemanagingB2BSaaSfieldmarketingandeventlogistics,includingfull-lifecycleexecutionof large-scaletradeshowbooths
