ePAM Functional Consultant

- As an ePAM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise in implementing and supporting our Exchange Portfolio Accounting and Management (ePAM) solution for our clients.

- Your role will involve understanding client requirements, configuring the ePAM platform, conducting system testing, and providing ongoing support and training.

- You will collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze client requirements related to portfolio accounting and management.

- Configure and customize the ePAM solution based on client needs.

- Conduct system testing and ensure all functionalities meet quality standards.

- Provide training and support to clients on ePAM functionality and best practices.

- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance system performance.

- Assist in project planning, estimation, and documentation as needed.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in portfolio accounting and management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience (10+ years) as a functional consultant or business analyst in portfolio accounting or asset management.

- In-depth knowledge of portfolio accounting processes and practices.

- Experience with ePAM or similar portfolio accounting systems preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

- Certification in portfolio accounting systems or related fields is a plus.
