This role develops and delivers innovative educational solutions, manages curriculum and content strategy, and ensures the effectiveness of learning programs through continuous evaluation and improvement.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the Education Leader serves as a subject matter expert in clinical ultrasound education, integrating evolving clinical practices, emerging technologies, and adult learning methodologies into educational offerings. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking to drive organizational goals, support product adoption, optimize learning outcomes, and maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and continuing education requirements. Participate in the review and administration of healthcare professional (HCP) agreements related to speaker programs, educational grants, symposium sponsorships, and on-site education activities.

Support the administration and delivery of continuing education (CE) programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
