- Complete required onboarding and training before the production pool is fully launched.
- Work independently to support quality standards throughout the pilot and early-stage program.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to judgment and evaluation.
- Ability to identify patterns of miscalibration or inconsistent scoring across multiple ratings.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain quality issues and provide clear feedback.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively in a pilot or early-stage environment.
- Fluency in Canadian English and familiarity with the language and linguistic conventions of the Canadian market.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, auditing, rating, content evaluation, or a similar role is a plus.
Benefits:
- US$31 per hour.
- Freelance contract.
- Approximately 10 hours per week.
- Fully remote position within Canada.
- Opportunity to contribute to an early-stage audio rating program.
- Onboarding and training provided before production rollout.
