What You’ll Do
Deliver engaging, inquiry-driven lessons in English
Guide students through hands-on learning in Math, Code, Design, Science, and Art
Facilitate project-based learning in areas like design thinking, ethics, creativity, and digital skills
Build meaningful connections with curious young minds
Collaborate with a diverse, international team
Contribute ideas, launch initiatives, and grow into leadership roles

Who We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
Hold a bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
Are a native-level English speaker
Are energized by working with children and mentoring young learners
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are proactive, thoughtful, and open to feedback
Thrive in multicultural, fast-evolving environments

Preferred but not required:
Programming, digital design, or IT skills
Experience with teaching, coaching, or youth leadership
Japanese fluency (opens doors to leadership, client communication, and strategy)
Skills in video editing or social media content creation

The Experience

Schedule
Monday–Friday shifts between 13:30–19:00
Saturday 9:00-13:30
Weekly scheduling with flexibility
and at least from 3days/week

Employment Type
part-time with visa support

Locations
Toyosu Campus (Yurakucho Line)
Harumi Flag Campus (Oedo Line)

Compensation and Support
SEMI-Full-time: ¥120,000–¥200,000/month

Transportation reimbursement
Visa sponsorship available
There is chance to become full-time based on performance .
