As part of the team, you will tackle one of the most challenging and critical problems in the OTA domain at planet scale, untangling various race conditions and scaling issues in a large distributed system. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Project & Stakeholder Management: Define project scope and timelines with stakeholders, monitoring progress and mitigating risks to ensure successful completion within budget and schedule.

-
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, firmware teams, and QA engineers to align technical requirements with business objectives and ensure smooth project execution.

What you should know:

-
Professional Experience: 9+ years of experience as a software engineer with a proven track record of leading technical professionals.

-
Core Fundamentals: Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.

-
Technical Proficiency: Expert in writing at least one production-grade programming language (Java, C#, Ruby, Python, or Golang).

-
System Design: Deep experience in designing and implementing production-grade microservices and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

-
Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate project status, risks, and technical concepts to both executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

-
Startup Mindset: A willingness to wear multiple hats and adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

-
Orchestration Expertise: Experience developing large-scale deployment or workflow orchestration systems.

-
Automotive Security: Good understanding of security, certificates, and encryption, including familiarity with update frameworks like TUF or Uptane.

-
Advanced Systems Knowledge: Experience with streaming architectures and low-latency environments to support real-time vehicle data.

What We Offer

Learning & Development: Access to continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

-
Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours and a culture that promotes balance.
