Job Overview:

Conducting telephonic exit interviews for the employees who have quit the client organizations to gauge the root cause to reduce the attrition rate.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Conducting telephonic exit interviews with employees in a specific format

2. Framing feedback for the responses captured from the employee

3. Identifying the reason why the employee left the company

4. Probing about the factors that triggered employees to leave

5. Should complete the required number of daily targets of 10-12 interviews from 40-45 interview list.

Requirements:

1. Good communication, writing, listening, and probing skills

2. Good time management skills

3. Personal laptop, mobile, and a good internet connection

4. Psychology work experience would be preferred
