Resource Innovations is seeking an Energy Efficiency Program Delivery Lead to join our growing team in Boston,MA area. The person in this role will lead strategy and decision-making for the Delivery team on all assigned contracts.  Having accountability for program execution, this person will directly manage relationships with utility clients and program partners while working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure that we continually meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. A proven track record of project management, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction are keys to success. This position will be highly visible within the organization and plays a critical role in our expansion in the Northeast region.

Duties and Responsibilities

Program Leadership
- Lead & manage multiple large-scale programs from conception through execution, ensuring compliance with budget constraints and timelines.
- Monitor & evaluate program performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements through Quarterly Business Reviews, and regular client touchpoints.
- Accountable for owning the commercial terms of each assigned client; managing scope & pricing within contractual bounds.
- Assist with business development initiatives, including but not limited to proposal content review, interview preparation and presentation.

Stakeholder Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, external partners, subcontractors, regulatory bodies, and community organizations.
- Communicate clearly about program initiatives, performance metrics, and tactical updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the customer experience. 

Project Coordination
- Take initiative to proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges head-on.
- Lead cross-functional cohorts through process improvement initiatives to ensure timely delivery of milestones by managing resources effectively.

Reporting & Analysis
- Create and maintain reports for clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure visibility into program data. 
- Describe the data accurately, with clear takeaways and recommendations.
- Other duties as assigned.
