Email & SMS Specialist (Klaviyo) — US Subscription Brand Portfolio (Full-Time)

ABOUT US

We are a US-based e-commerce company operating a growing portfolio of subscription brands, launching 2 new brands every month. Our brands are organized into pods — small teams that each own up to 10 brands. This role joins a pod team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own Klaviyo campaigns and flows for a pod of up to 10 subscription brands, built from our template library

- Set up flows for every new brand at launch: welcome, order confirmation, pre-billing reminders, review requests

- Keep lists healthy and deliverability clean

- Campaign calendar coordinated with the Creative Lead

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Hands-on Klaviyo experience on e-commerce stores (subscription/membership experience a big plus)

- You understand that billing-related email s must be accurate and on time — precision matters here

- Strong copy instincts; clean segmentation habits

- Organized, consistent, strong written English
