Email Marketing Specialist

We're Jello, a performance marketing agency working with a small, hand-picked group of brands — a Meta and Google Premier Partner and a Klaviyo partner, with $50M+ in managed ad spend behind us. Our ads bring people in; email is how we sell to them again and keep them coming back. We're looking for someone to run email across our clients.
Tasks

- Plan and run the big campaign moments — launches, announcements, and deadline-driven pushes that get people to act now

- Build multi-email sequences that create momentum and turn signups into conversions

- Set up and refine the automated flows that keep people engaged and coming back: welcome, post-purchase, winback

- Keep lists clean and segmented so the right message reaches the right people

- Write and build emails that look right on every device and, more to the point, convert

- Use AI to move faster on subject lines, variations, personalisation and timing

- Live in the numbers — test, read results, and push open, click and conversion rates up

Requirements

- You've run email that actually made money, especially high-stakes campaigns with real deadlines

- You know how to build momentum across a sequence and create urgency that gets people to act

- You're comfortable in a serious ESP - Klaviyo especially, or ActiveCampaign and similar - across both big campaign sends and automated flows

- You know responsive email inside out

- You use AI tools in your workflow, not just out of curiosity

- You're organised, detail-obsessed, and reliable on your own

- Fluent in English; Italian is a genuine plus
