POSITION SUMMARY:
- Submit and manage EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments for government and commercial payers while resolving payment misrouting issues and maintaining accurate payer information.
- Manage remit address changes and provider portal databases to ensure accurate practice and provider demographics.
- Coordinate timely payer follow-up to ensure successful enrollment completion and resolution of outstanding issues.
- Administer user portal access for RCM staff, ensuring appropriate permissions and timely access.
- Support RCM special projects and initiatives while maintaining accuracy, organization, and effective communication across multiple priorities.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or GED preferred with 3+ years of medical office billing, accounts receivable, claims submission, or payment posting experience.
- Basic knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, and other major commercial payers.
- Experience with payer enrollment software preferred; SmartSheet experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage enrollment processes, payer follow-up, and provider information accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

COMPENSATION:
The hourly range for this position is $19.00-$21.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401(k) benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
