E-commerce Video Editor - Video Ads & AI Content (WFH)

About the job:
Sereni Parenting is looking for a video editor who is hungry to learn and become exceptional at editing e-commerce ads. We're looking for a rockstar ecommerce video editor who creates ads that hook and sell. You're hungry to improve, learn fast, follow instructions, and turn feedback into better edits.

Key responsibilities:

1. Edit engaging ecommerce video ads using supplied footage, voiceovers, and creative assets, with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and sound.

2. Generate videos from images we supply, including Pixar-style animation, realistic clips, and talking avatars. Create additional AI images when a brief requires them.

3. Follow scripts, storyboards, creative references, and SOPs accurately.

4. Apply feedback thoughtfully, learn from mistakes, and keep improving the quality of your edits.

5. Communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and take ownership of your work.

Sereni is a growing parenting brand creating sensory wellness products for children. We focus on performance marketing and emotionally driven storytelling, producing and testing video ads across Meta.

What we offer:

Full-time remote work, Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm IST. Two openings, with an immediate start.

Other Requirements:
- 1. At least one year of video editing experience, with e-commerce ad examples in your portfolio.
- 2. A quick learner who is curious, resourceful, and motivated to master their craft.
- 3. Someone who understands instructions, pays attention to detail, and applies what they learn without needing the same corrections repeatedly.
- 4. Confidence using Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or a comparable editing tool.
- 5. Willingness to learn AI image and video tools. Experience with Higgsfield, Kling, Google Flow, or similar tools is a plus.
- 6. You do not need to know every tool already. You do need to be eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and committed to getting better.
