Looking for a German-speaking remote job in Greece with a fixed Monday–Friday schedule, no shifts and weekends off?

Project:
As a German Sales Advisor, you will support business owners interested in developing their online sales through one of the world’s leading e-commerce platforms. You will introduce the platform’s business opportunities, help new sellers complete their free registration, reconnect with inactive clients and recommend solutions tailored to their business needs - Speak with business owners interested in increasing their online sales
- Present the platform and explain its business benefits
- Support new sellers with free registration and onboarding
- Reconnect with inactive clients and introduce relevant opportunities
- Recommend solutions tailored to each client’s business needs
- Build trusted relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records

Competitive salary and remuneration system:
- Base salary: 1,250 gross/month x14
- Performance bonus: 200–250 gross/month
- Additional sales bonuses based on results
- Daily meal allowance: 3 net per worked day (approx. 60 net/month) via Mastercard
- Anniversary bonus: 500 gross after the first year of employment
- Two additional salaries per year in accordance with Greek labor law – one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer

Total monthly package: 1,250–1,500 gross/month + additional sales bonuses
- Possible starts: 2.11 or ASAP – with flexibility depending on your availability
- Permanent full-time Greek employment contract
- Fully remote work from anywhere in Greece

Requirements:
- German at C1/C2 level , spoken and written
- English at B2 level or higher
- You already live in Greece and can work remotely from within the country
- EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece
- Previous sales experience in any form is required – for example retail sales, telesales, B2B, customer-facing sales or similar
- Stable and fast internet connection with LAN access at home
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented and sales-focused mindset
- Interest in business conversations and helping clients grow
