E-commerce Operations Executive (WFH)

About the job:
1. Manage product uploads, edits, and content updates on the Shopify store backend.

2. Manage product uploads, edits, and content updates on marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, Meesho, Flipkart) seller panel backend.

3. Track orders, inventory, and coordinate with fulfillment teams.

4. Liaise with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

5. Handle customer support for queries, returns, and refunds.

6. Process new & exchange orders timely on marketplaces and Shopify store, ensuring that the order is timely produced and dispatched from fulfillment centres within cut-off period.

Other Requirements:
- 1. Proficient in Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms, with hands-on experience in managing product single/bulk listings and maintaining accuracy.
- 2. Familiar with Amazon and similar marketplace seller panels, ensuring consistency and precision while publishing single/multiple bulk products via Excel upload.
- 3. Prior exposure to e‑commerce, retail, or customer service environments is strongly preferred.
- 4. A background or interest in fashion trends is a plus.
- 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of crafting clear, professional messages.
- 6. Passionate about providing excellent customer service and focused on creating positive experiences for online shoppers.
