Position: Bilingual Dutch (Belgium) Generalist Expert — AI Safety
Type: Contract
Compensation: $48–$52/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities

- Write expert-level prompts in Belgian Dutch across a range of sensitive subject areas.

- Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.

- Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.

- Evaluate and strengthen how AI models handle sensitive topics in Dutch as spoken in Belgium.

- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance .

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in Belgium, plus business-level written English.

- Currently based in Belgium.

- Bachelor's degree , completed or in progress.

- Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.

- Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred

- Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.

- Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
