Draft Planner (WFH)

About the job:
As a draft planner, you will prepare and modify residential drawings and plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. You will work with an Australian team on residential drafting projects. We are seeking a technically skilled, detail-oriented and reliable professional who can work independently. Candidates with residential drafting experience and strong AutoCAD skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, modify and update residential drawings and plans.

2. Interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

3. Incorporate project changes accurately.

4. Coordinate with the team to understand requirements and meet deadlines.

5. Follow company drafting standards and procedures.

6. Revise drawings based on feedback from the engineering and design teams.

7. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all work.

- 5. Good understanding of residential plans, layouts and drawings.
- 6. Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- 7. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- 8. Must have a personal laptop or computer suitable for the work.
- 9. Must have a stable, reliable high-speed internet connection.
