POSITION SUMMARY: - Lead the strategy, deployment, adoption, and optimization of clinical applications across radiology practices, ensuring alignment with operational and clinical goals. - Leverage deep expertise in medical imaging workflows, PACS, RIS, imaging informatics, and AI-assisted diagnostic technologies, while ensuring compliance with healthcare and imaging regulations. - Drive radiologist and end-user adoption through onboarding, training, technical enablement programs, and workflow optimization initiatives. - Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Success Managers focused on successful implementations, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement. - Serve as a trusted partner to Product, Engineering, and Clinical Operations teams, translating practice feedback into product enhancements and roadmap priorities. - Monitor and improve key performance metrics including application adoption, user satisfaction, deployment success, workflow efficiency, and operational outcomes. - Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and a high-quality customer experience during deployments and ongoing support. - Support practices through critical transitions with up to 50% travel, occasional evening/weekend/on-call responsibilities, and the flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics, information technology, biomedical engineering, or related field preferred; Master’s degree preferred. - 10 years of experience in radiology informatics, clinical application management, or healthcare IT with leadership responsibility. - Proven track record of driving clinical application deployment, end-user adoption, and workflow optimization in a healthcare or radiology environment. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both technical and clinical stakeholders. - Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and utilize data to drive adoption rates.
