Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional strategy leader to serve as Strategy Director for TE Connectivity 's Aerospace, Defense & Marine (ADM) Business Unit. This executive will shape the long-term growth agenda, lead strategic planning and portfolio decisions, drive transformational initiatives, and oversee strategic M&A activities across the business.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategy, the Strategy Director will partner closely with ADM leadership, functional teams, customers, and external partners to develop and execute strategies that accelerate growth, strengthen competitive positioning, and create shareholder value. The role can be located anywhere in Europe and requires approximately 10-30% travel, including international travel.

Within TE's Industrial Solutions Segment, the ADM Business Unit designs and manufactures critical connectivity and sensor solutions for aerospace, defense, and marine applications. ADM achieved $1.5B in net sales and 10% growth in fiscal year 2025 and continues to invest in next-generation defense, space, and advanced aerospace technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of ADM's long-term strategic agenda, including annual and multi-year strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, growth initiatives, and market expansion opportunities.
- Drive alignment between business unit, segment, and corporate strategies while incorporating customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, technological developments, and regulatory considerations.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and accelerate opportunities for above-market growth and continuously refine strategic priorities, including "where to play" and "how to win" decisions.
- Communicate strategic direction clearly and effectively to senior leadership while fostering organizational alignment and commitment to execution.
- Support execution of strategic priorities by partnering with functional leaders, managing cross-functional initiatives, and leading large-scale change and transformation programs.
- Design and implement organizational change initiatives that enable sustainable execution of strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute ADM's M&A strategy, including target identification, pipeline management, strategic assessment, due diligence, investment recommendations, and post-merger integration planning.
- Partner closely with Corporate M&A and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate acquisition opportunities and unlock value creation.
- Build strategic capabilities across the organization by promoting analytical rigor, customer focus, innovation, speed, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Champion the use of AI and emerging technologies to enhance team effectiveness, productivity, and business impact.
- Lead talent development, succession planning, recruitment, and retention efforts within the strategy organization while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Establish strong stakeholder relationships, advance strategic growth opportunities, and successfully drive key strategic and M&A initiatives during the first year in role.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in growth strategy development, including portfolio
