Here is what success will look like:

Define and execute the strategy for automation through APIs and AI technologies and cross-platform sales and execution while leading a team of Product Managers.

Define and own the product vision and strategy for transformation of our linear platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.

Develop product roadmaps, balancing market opportunities, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

Act as a thought leader in the evolution of linear platforms, representing the company in industry discussions, client meetings, and conferences.

Build, mentor, and lead a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and innovation.

Set clear objectives, performance metrics, and development plans for team members.

Foster cross-functional alignment by working closely with Engineering, QA, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing to ensure product success.

Oversee and guide the design, development, and launch of new features and API-based integrations

Prioritize product initiatives, balancing short-term impact with long-term growth.

Ensure Agile best practices are followed, leading backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management.

Partner with UX and Engineering teams to create seamless, intuitive user experiences.

Develop deep relationships with media companies to understand their evolving needs and pain points.

Actively engage with clients and industry leaders to drive product adoption and identify areas for expansion.

Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to ensure differentiation and innovation.

Present product strategies and updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Work closely with Sales & Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and product positioning.

Ensure seamless coordination between product, engineering, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions at scale.
To thrive in this role, we're looking for:

8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Deep expertise in linear sales and traffic, and insights into API integration and industry transformation

Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers, fostering career growth and development.

Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, aligning with business goals.

Strong analytical mindset, using data and KPIs to inform product decisions.

Experience working in an Agile development process, collaborating with engineering and design teams.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Experience in digital ad sales and cross-platform media workflows is a plus.

This position can be based in any of our offices. Remote/Telecommute will also be considered.
Pay Range:
$160,000 - $200,000 + Annual Variable Bonus
