HOW WE WORK
EVERSANA AI Agency is the first end-to-end Gen AI platform purpose-built for life sciences commercialization. Powered by Google Cloud, Gemini, Vertex AI, and the Orchestrate Omnichannel Operating System — integrating GrowthLoop, Snowflake, Iterable, Aprimo, and a growing ecosystem of pharma media and CRM partners — we enable brands to move from insight to activation at a speed and precision that was not previously possible.
EVERSANA AI Agency runs on a sprint-based model. Each engagement begins with a configuration phase where brand standards, claims, content logic, and channel templates are built into the platform. Once that foundation is set, production runs in continuous cycles — signal, content generation, review, and deployment — all within the platform. The brand intelligence loaded once carries forward, so every cycle builds on the last rather than starting over. Each cycle begins with a signal phase. The Data & Analytics function captures and structures that signal — audience data, competitive reads, channel performance. The Brand Strategist interprets it through a brand lens, decides what it means, and updates the message map that governs the cycle's content. That map is the strategic input the rest of the pod produces against.
