About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

2. Generate quality leads for study abroad counselling services.

3. Optimise campaigns to reduce cost per lead (CPL).

4. Identify target audiences and improve campaign performance.

5. Track leads, conversions, and advertising ROI.

6. Prepare weekly campaign performance reports.

7. Coordinate with the creative team for ad content.

Other Requirements:
- 1. Preferably 1–2 years of practical experience in Meta Ads and lead generation.
- 2. Prior experience in the study abroad, education, EdTech, or admissions industry is an advantage.
- 3. Proven track record of generating quality leads at a competitive cost per lead (CPL).
- 4. Experience managing monthly advertising budgets and optimising campaign performance.
- 5. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- 6. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- 7. Ability to provide weekly performance reports and meet lead generation targets.
- 8. Candidates should be able to share previous campaign results or a portfolio during the interview.
- 9. Immediate joiners preferred.
