DevOps/SRE Engineer

Goal is US time, with some time overlap with GDS (India). Physical location does not matter.
Job Description:

Lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on technical debt remediation

Ensure alignment with Client Technology standards, best practices, and compliance requirements

Actively contribute to a hands-on capacity, participating in implementation and problem-solving

Define and prioritize remediation activities in collaboration with the team

Provide technical guidance and decision-making support

Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and expectations

Promote CT Engineering best practices and continuous improvement within the team

Skills:

Must Have

Technical debt remediation experience

Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving

Technical leadership and decision making

Stakeholder management and communication

Risk and dependency management

Technical planning and prioritization

Knowledge of engineering standards, governance, and compliance

Nice to Have

Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

DevOps and automation practices

Enterprise architecture knowledge

Agile/Scrum experience

Metrics and reporting skills

Coaching and mentoring experience

Change management capabilities

Continuous improvement mindset
