Data Analyst
Multi-disciplinary data professional who enjoys solving Healthcare analytics problems.
Strong understanding of the U.S. Healthcare value chain (Payer and/or Provider).
Experience working with healthcare data including claims, eligibility, risk adjustment, utilization, and quality metrics.
Ability to derive meaningful and actionable insights from structured and semi-structured healthcare datasets.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect data findings to business outcomes.
Experience working in Agile (SCRUM) environments and iterative delivery cycles.
Ability to work on multiple reporting initiatives simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder communication skills – capable of presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience optimizing Power BI datasets and SQL queries for performance and scalability.
Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Base Pay Range: $60,100 - $98,700
