What You’ll Do

• Support customers through email and chat

• Handle scheduling, follow ups, and admin tasks

• Keep tasks and information organized and easy to track

• Assist leadership with daily operational work

• Help keep processes clear, consistent, and updated

• Work across tools like Notion, Slack, Intercom, and other systems

• Complete tasks with accuracy, timeliness, and steady follow-through

Requirements

• Experience in customer support, VA/EA work, or operations

• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Intercom, and productivity tools

• Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
