we are a rapidly growing provider in the home service industry, specializing in HVAC, plumbing and Insulation located in Texas and Oklahoma.

We help homeowners lower energy bills and increase home comfort through innovative programs and top-tier customer support. Our company culture values performance, accountability, and team collaboration.

Compensation & Schedule:

-$5/hour

-10 hrs daily

-6 days per week (60 hours per week)

-Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions

-Complete customer verification and ensure satisfaction on every call

-Schedule and dispatch installation and service appointments

-Assist clients through the funding/financing process

-Maintain accurate records and provide timely follow-ups

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

-Fluent in English (spoken and written)

-Strong communication and problem-solving skills

-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

-With dispatching experience is a plus

-High-speed, reliable internet connection
