Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Contact Automation is looking for a professional, friendly, and articulate Customer Service Representative to join our remote team!

As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers. You will handle inbound calls, follow client-specific instructions, and assist with scheduling, payments, message-taking, and other customer needs. Our goal is to ensure every caller receives accurate, helpful, and professional service.

✓ Reliable, hardwired internet connected directly to your modem

✓ A quiet, professional workspace free from background noise

✓ Strong computer and data-entry skills

QUALIFICATIONS

✓ Open availability, including Saturdays and Sundays

✓ Previous phone-based customer service or answering service experience

✓ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✓ Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment

✓ Positive, dependable, and customer-focused attitude

✓ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

✓ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
