Position Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to act as the front line of our business. This role is responsible for handling inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and guiding potential renters through our onboarding process.

Schedule, Pay & Payouts

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

Pay: $6 per hour

Payouts: Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound phone calls from interested leads

Guide potential renters through Flow Rentals’ onboarding process

Communicate with clients professionally and efficiently

Respond to inquiries on social media (Facebook , Instagram, etc.)

Qualify leads and schedule phone calls for the team

Maintain organized records of leads and follow-ups

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of customer service or related experience required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections

Experience with social media messaging and lead generation preferred

Organized and detail-oriented

Self-motivated and reliable
