The Bilingual Interpreter will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between client and customers.

- Determining the language needs of the caller
- Entering appropriate customer information as needed
- Accessing appropriate databases
- Quickly transferring calls to the appropriate staff member
- Providing additional assistance when needed

- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to enter and access information using a computer terminal while responding to customer needs
- Excellent keyboarding skills
- Professionalism, accuracy and speed are essential
- Excellent command of the English Language – no other language skills are require
