Customer Acquisition Executive (WFH)

About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and chat conversations professionally.

2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services based on their needs.

3. Handle customer complaints and escalations with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.

4. Provide accurate information about Urban Culture's services, offers, policies, and booking process.

5. Maintain proper records of customer interactions, bookings, complaints, and follow-ups in CRM/internal systems.

6. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase booking conversions.

7. Follow up with customers after service wherever required to collect feedback and address concerns.

- 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer escalations professionally.
- 6. Laptop/Desktop and stable internet connection are mandatory for remote work.
