Role Overview

Jobstream is looking for a creator-obsessed Creator Solutions and Community Lead to own the heartbeat of our network: the people in it, the behaviors that make it thrive, and the systems that scale both.

This is not a traditional community manager role. You think like a product designer and a psychologist as much as a community builder. You understand that how a platform is structured shapes what people do on it, and you use that understanding to build rituals, touchpoints, and feedback loops that turn new creators into activated, loyal, earning members of the Career Creator Network.

You are also one of the familiar faces creators will get to know first and trust most. You show up in our WorkStream co-working sessions, in their DMs, in the onboarding flows, and at events. You are translating their needs, and anticipating what they will need to be part of the fastest growing creator category: career creators.

On the technical side, you are comfortable enough to implement, not just ideate. You can configure tools, set up automations, and work alongside the product team to translate creator feedback into platform improvements.

Your north star: building a thriving, growing network of Career Creators who are active, earning, and bringing others into the platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Building and Activation

- Own the Career Creator Network experience end to end, from first touch through long-term engagement.

- Design and run the rituals, programming, and touchpoints that make creators feel known, supported, and motivated to stay active.

- Host WorkStream, our recurring virtual co-working sessions, as a warm, credible face of the Jobstream creator community.

- Build the kind of community energy that creators talk about with other creators, generating organic referral and word-of-mouth growth.

- Travel quarterly to creator events and/or the NYC office to represent Jobstream in person and deepen relationships with key community members.

2. Behavioral Design and Platform Growth

- Study how creators currently use the platform and identify where behavior falls short of what we want to see.

- Design the platform experience, programs, nudges, challenges, and incentive structures that shape the behaviors that drive creator and platform success.

- Think in loops: what triggers a creator to take action, what rewards reinforce it, and what brings them back.

- Partner with the product team to translate behavioral insights into platform features and UX improvements on CreatorpreneurOS™ (our dashboard for creative, analytics, and tools.

- Build onboarding flows and milestone moments that get creators to their first win as fast as possible.
