Creative Production Lead

This role leads the creative production of high-quality proposals, presentations, graphics, and other customer-facing bid materials. You’ll transform complex technical and business information into clear, compelling visual stories that strengthen proposals and customer engagements. Working alongside proposal managers, business development leaders, and technical experts, you’ll own production efforts from initial concepts through final submission. The position combines graphic design, document production, visual communication, and project coordination in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also help build scalable templates, libraries, and workflows that improve the quality and efficiency of future proposal efforts. Accountabilities:
- Take ownership of assigned proposal and production efforts, coordinating creative deliverables from planning through final submission.

- Create compelling graphics, infographics, charts, diagrams, process flows, organizational charts, and other visual assets for proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials.

- Design and format polished proposal documents, executive summaries, slide decks, and bid materials that communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively.

- Translate input from proposal managers and technical subject-matter experts into engaging visual narratives that reinforce proposal strategy and messaging.

- Maintain and improve proposal templates, style guides, slide libraries, graphic libraries, and other reusable creative assets.

- Ensure all visual materials and documents are accurate, accessible, consistent, professionally formatted, and aligned with brand standards and customer requirements.

- Support document assembly, formatting, proofreading coordination, quality assurance, revision tracking, and final-file preparation.

- Manage production schedules, design revisions, submission requirements, and multiple concurrent proposal deliverables.

- Prepare final digital and print production materials, including PDFs, packaged files, and submission-ready documents.

- Support business development leadership with presentation materials, competitive intelligence, market research, and other sales and marketing projects as needed.

- Identify opportunities to improve creative production processes, tools, standards, and workflows as the proposal organization grows.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, document production, proposal support, or a related field, including experience working with government and international customers.

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat .

- Demonstrated analytical ability and strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.

- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively through written, verbal, and visual formats.

- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels of an organization.

- Demonstrated leadership, ownership, reliability, and commitment to high-quality work.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, revisions, and production requirements.

- Experience supporting proposals, customer engagements, or business development initiatives is preferred.

- Familiarity with AI, robotics, software products, or other technical solutions is a plus.
