micro1 is engaging Creative & Design Experts to contribute their advanced skills to an exciting customer project focused on innovative design and media creation. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your creative design and multimedia talents in a cutting-edge technology context, collaborating with a dynamic platform and making a meaningful impact in the evolution of design tools.
Scope of Work

- Complete structured tasks involving creative applications such as Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance

- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and realism based on how these tools are used professionally

- Provide annotations, feedback, and quality evaluations following project guidelines

- Meet delivery timelines and quality standards set by the project team

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional experience using creative or design tools (graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, fashion design, UI/UX, or similar)

- Hands-on proficiency with at least two of the listed applications

- English proficiency at B2 level or above

- Reliable internet connection and availability to start immediately
