This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Tax Manager based in United States.

This role is responsible for overseeing corporate tax compliance and strategy across multiple domestic and international jurisdictions.
You will manage tax reporting, provisions, audits, transfer pricing, and regulatory requirements while helping minimize tax risks.
The position works closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, Operations, senior leadership, and external tax advisors.
You will provide practical guidance on tax implications related to international expansion, cross-border activity, and corporate transactions.
The role combines strong technical tax expertise with strategic thinking, business partnership, and continuous process improvement.
You will operate in a global, cross-functional environment where accuracy, integrity, and sound financial judgment are essential.
This is a fully remote opportunity suited to an experienced tax professional comfortable managing complex priorities across time zones.

Accountabilities

Oversee the timely and accurate preparation and filing of corporate income tax, VAT, indirect tax, and other applicable returns across multiple jurisdictions.

Review tax filings and coordinate tax audits, reviews, and communications with tax authorities and external tax specialists.

Prepare and review quarterly and annual tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures in accordance with applicable accounting standards, including US GAAP.

Manage transfer pricing policies, documentation, and compliance requirements across relevant jurisdictions.

Identify tax risks associated with business operations and work with internal stakeholders to develop and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Monitor changes in domestic and international tax laws and regulations and communicate relevant developments and implications to senior leadership.

Develop and implement tax-efficient structures and strategies while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Advise stakeholders on tax considerations related to international expansion, cross-border transactions, mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and other corporate activities.

Monitor the organization’s tax positions to support compliance and reduce exposure to audits, penalties, and other regulatory risks.

Serve as a key point of contact for tax-related questions from Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, and other business functions.

Partner with Finance and Operations to improve tax efficiency and align tax activities with broader business objectives.

Oversee external tax consultants and advisors, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with organizational requirements.

Promote tax compliance and awareness across the organization through guidance, training, and ongoing support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification or an advanced degree is preferred.

At least 5 years of professional tax experience, including exposure to international tax matters and multi-jurisdictional compliance.

Strong knowledge of corporate income tax, VAT, indirect taxes, and applicable federal, state, local, and international tax requirements.

Experience with transfer pricing regulations and preparation of transfer pricing documentation.

Understanding of international tax treaties and their implications for business operations and cross-border activity.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement tax strategies aligned with business objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Experience using financial and reporting systems such as NetSuite and Power BI.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage complex tax matters accurately.
