Position: Expert Professionals - Consulting
Type: Contract
Compensation: $90–$120/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities

- Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in Management Consulting and Corporate Strategy topics.

- Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to consulting frameworks and problem-solving methodologies. Set the gold standard for quality and rigor.

- Develop guidelines and detailed rubrics/evaluation frameworks to assess strategic reasoning, case analysis, and advisory judgment across tasks.

- Evaluate consulting tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback.

- Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data .

Qualifications

Must-Have

- 10+ years of dedicated professional experience in Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy at a recognized, top-tier firm.

- Demonstrable career progression (e.g., Analyst → Consultant → Engagement Manager or Partner-track equivalent).

- Deep expertise in a core consulting practice—strategy, operations, M&A, digital transformation, or financial advisory.

- Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays.

- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
