Corporate Sales Trainee - Fresher (WFH)

We're looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and target-oriented Sales Partner to join our team and help customers complete their journey with us. In this role, you'll be responsible for connecting with customers who have generated a payment link but have not completed the payment. You will understand their concerns, address their queries, provide the necessary assistance, and encourage them to complete the transaction. You will work closely with Rohan and his team to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Customer Calling and Follow-Up

1. Contact customers who have reached the payment link generation stage but have not completed their payment.

2. Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to understand their concerns and encourage them to complete the transaction.

B. Sales and Conversion

1. Convince and assist customers in completing their pending payments.

2. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about the services.

3. Handle customer objections professionally and use effective sales techniques to maximize conversions.

C. Customer Relationship Management

1. Build positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous communication.

2. Address customer queries and concerns related to the service or payment process.

3. Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

D. Lead Management and Reporting

1. Maintain accurate records of assigned leads, follow-ups, and successful conversions.

2. Update the status of customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up on pending leads.

3. Share daily conversion and sales performance updates with the reporting team.

E. Team Collaboration

1. Work closely with Rohan and the Sales Team to achieve daily and monthly conversion targets.

2. Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer or payment-related concerns.

Other Requirements:
- 1. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication and convincing skills to effectively interact with customers over calls.
- 2. Sales & Persuasion Skills: Ability to understand customer concerns, handle objections, and convert interested customers into successful sales.
- 3. Target-Oriented Approach: Motivated to achieve daily conversion targets and consistently improve sales performance.
- 4. Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to understand customer requirements and provide helpful, professional, and solution-oriented assistance.
- 5. Follow-Up Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple leads and conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.
- 6. Experience: Experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, telesales, or a similar role is preferred. Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
