Job Description
This opportunity is currently planned as a 3-month assignment (1 September β 30 November 2026) and forms part of an exciting business expansion initiative.
The first month (September) will be dedicated to onboarding and training, followed by operational delivery during October and November.
While the initial engagement is for three months, there may be potential for extension subject to business requirements, project evolution, and client needs. Should the opportunity be extended, we would be delighted to continue the collaboration with successful team members.

As part of this exciting project and newly established team, your role as a Content Moderation Executive will be to supporting a leading client in the sector, ensuring platform safety, policy compliance, and a positive user experience while contributing to the success of a global operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate user-generated content, including videos, images, text, live streams, and audio, in accordance with client policies, community guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Ensure accurate content classification, labeling, and moderation decisions while maintaining high levels of quality and consistency.
- Identify content that may violate platform policies, safety standards, or regulatory requirements and take appropriate action based on established procedures.
- Help protect platform users by proactively detecting and mitigating potentially harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
- Investigate and resolve user inquiries related to content moderation decisions, account enforcement actions, abuse reports, and appeals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to strengthen platform trust, user safety, and brand reputation.
- Apply strong linguistic and cultural understanding when reviewing content across different markets, regions, and user communities.
- Adhere to data privacy, information security, and compliance standards at all times.
- Meet and exceed established quality, productivity, and service level objectives.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance moderation workflows, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Fluency in and advanced English and French communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical thinking and sound decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, guidelines, and procedures consistently.

- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
Preferred
- Previous experience in Content Moderation , Trust & Safety, Online Safety, Community Operations, or a similar role.
