Position: Marketing Expert — Content Marketing (AI Agent Environments)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$100/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities

- Design task briefs based on real content marketing experience. Specify planted issues and decisions a strong practitioner should reach.

- Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task versions.

- Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.

- Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your standards.

- Evaluate AI-generated content to improve model outputs and elevate training data quality.

- Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Hands-on practitioner experience in content marketing.

- Comfortable working in a CMS like Contentful , Google Analytics 4 , and a research tool such as Semrush .

- Clear written reasoning skills.

Preferred

- Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.

- Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
