Content & Influencer Communications Executive

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and highly articulate Content & Influencer Communications Executive to join our growing team. This dynamic, remote position requires 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, content writing or a related field.

The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and onboarding the right influencers and creators, building strong relationships, and developing impactful content across various campaigns. You will also be responsible for translating campaign concepts and results into polished, client-facing presentations and reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Write compelling copy for social media, campaigns, and presentations.

- Influencer Management: Identify, research, and onboard creators and thought leaders across India and international markets; manage end-to-end outreach, negotiations, and relationship management.

- Campaign Coordination: Ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns with all stakeholders.

- Reporting & Research: Prepare professional campaign summaries and documentation; conduct research on industry trends and emerging creators.

- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate influencer databases and trackers.

What Were Looking For

- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and spoken English is a must, alongside strong storytelling and copywriting abilities.

- Technical Proficiency: Excellent skills in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs) and Microsoft Office for report writing and presentations.

- Soft Skills: Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the creator ecosystem and digital marketing platforms.

- Niche Expertise: Deep knowledge of diverse creator categories; please note we are strictly not looking for expertise in lifestyle influencers at this time.
