Content and Partnerships Marketing Specialist

At OnTheGoSystems, the company behind WPML , Toolset , and PTC , we're looking for a hands-on, AI-native marketer to own how people find us – through search, AI assistants, and the partners and creators our customers already trust.

Content is the heart of this. You’ll create content yourself and collaborate with our partners to produce content that helps our users, ranks well in search engines, and gets referenced by AI. You’ll also use AI to produce more of it without losing quality or accuracy.

AI is a core part of how we work. We’re looking for someone who already uses AI agents, automation, integrations, and structured workflows to get real marketing work done – and can show us what they’ve achieved with them.

You won’t be joining an established marketing team or following a fixed playbook. You’ll have the freedom to talk to our clients, understand our business, and find the strongest opportunities we should focus on next.

What You’ll Work On

Your main focus will be content, search visibility and partnerships :
- Content creation : planning and writing articles, guides, and tutorials that help our users and attract new ones
- SEO, GEO, and AEO : growing our visibility in search engines, AI assistants, and answer engines
- Technical and content SEO across our websites
- Understanding how AI tools describe and recommend our products, and improving it
- Building collaborations with partners, authors, and bloggers
- Creating and co-creating content that ranks, gets cited, and earns links
- Measuring what works, using our own analytics
- Over time, other opportunities you identify

You’ll work hands-on, from identifying an opportunity through execution, measurement, and improvement.

What We’re Looking For
- You already use AI agents, automation, and advanced AI workflows in your everyday work.
- You write clear, useful content yourself and can share examples, ideally on technical topics.
- You have hands-on SEO experience and can show results you've achieved.
- You're actively exploring GEO and AEO, and understand how visibility in AI-generated answers differs from traditional search.
- You've built partnerships or collaborations with bloggers, creators, or other companies, and know how to make them work for both sides.
- You're curious and take time to understand customers and the business before proposing solutions.
- You have experience marketing technical products, ideally software, SaaS, WordPress, or similar.
- You work independently and are comfortable in an environment where priorities can change, and not everything is defined in advance.
