Due to growth, we are adding a Consultant, Pharmacy Network to our team!
The Consultant, Pharmacy Network will be responsible for managing and improving client support for pharmacy benefit management services and ensuring client satisfaction. The position will lead strategy and overall service performance for specified PBM clients. The Consultant is responsible for the co-development of long-term strategy and customer relationship management. The role will partner with and work cross functionally with multiple organizational levels and provide clear communication with internal and external partners to lead team deliverables.
The Consultant, Pharmacy Network will be responsible for supporting Provider Services team in client retention, achieving corporate strategic goals relative to client base and overall customer satisfaction, including removing obstacles/solving customer issues in timely manner. The role will will also manage Navitus client inquiries regarding contractual issues, including internal and external contacts regarding pharmacy participation, pharmacy services, and network discounts.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
- Responsible for managing strategic client relationships by building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding client needs and expectations, acting as a point of contact for client inquiries and issues, all related to pharmacy network management including retail and specialty lines of business.
- Overseeing and improving client support processes and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries regarding provider services.
- Tracking key performance related to client pharmacy network management support and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead Navitus client inquiries and act as Subject Matter Expert regarding client deliverables and open items.
- Monitors standards and metrics to drive performance and exceed client service quality expectations.
- Interpret data, including claims utilization from Navitusβ data warehouse and from NCRx, formulary files, pharmacy network databases, NCPDP pharmacy files, Medispan files, and other databases required to facilitate and ensure the accurate delivery of information related to client and pharmacy partner reporting requirements.
- Maintain and manage projects to improve existing processes, delivering enhanced quality and efficiency.
