COLD CALLER / APPOINTMENT SETTER — COMMERCIAL CLEANING COMPANY (CANADA)

ABOUT US

We are a commercial cleaning company on Vancouver Island, British Columbia,

Canada. We clean offices, dental clinics, restaurants and commercial

buildings. We are growing and I need one sharp person on the phones so I can

focus on quoting and running the work.

THE ROLE

Your job is simple to explain and hard to do well: turn cold calls into warm

leads.

- Build and organize your own lead lists. I will train you on exactly how I

find prospects, then you run it yourself. I cannot spend my time building

lists for you.

- Call businesses and get past the gatekeeper to the decision maker

- Book me free on-site estimates

- Follow up by phone and email until you get a yes or a no

- Keep our lead tracker updated every single day

- Report to me daily on what you did and what happened

You are not just dialing. You own the top of our sales pipeline.

PAY

- $500 CAD per month base, paid every two weeks

- PLUS $300 CAD commission for every client that signs

- No cap on commission. Book more, earn more.

To be clear about what that means: land four clients in a month and you have

made $1,700 CAD that month. I would rather pay you a lot than pay you a

little, but you have to produce.

HOURS

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Time.

In Philippine time that is roughly 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, shifting by an hour

when daylight saving changes.

Your day is structured:

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM PT Prep - build and organize leads, plan your calls,

send email follow-ups

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM PT Calling block

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM PT Lunch, plus any email follow-ups that need to go

out. Canadian decision makers are at lunch then

so dialing is wasted time.

1:00 PM - 4:00 PM PT Calling block

Yes, it is an overnight shift. But you are finished by 7:00 AM Philippine

time with your whole day ahead of you. If you cannot commit to that schedule,

please do not apply. I would rather you tell me now than quit in week two.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

- Fluent, confident, clear spoken English. You will be talking to business

owners and office managers. They need to understand you instantly.

- Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience

- Ability to research and build your own lead lists once trained

- Thick skin. You will get hung up on. That is the job.

- Reliable internet, a good headset, and a quiet place to work

- Someone who follows up without being reminded

- Someone who tells me the truth about their numbers, good or bad

WHAT I GIVE YOU

- Full training on our services, our scripts, and exactly how to find leads

- Objection handling and everything you need to sound like you know our

business, because you will

- Direct access to me. You work with the owner, not a manager.

- Room to grow. If you are good, this role grows and so does your pay.

HONEST EXPECTATIONS

I will be monitoring your work closely, especially in the first week. I am

hiring one person right now and I will keep that person busy and earning.

I want someone who treats this like their own business. If you are looking

for a quiet job where nobody checks on you, this is not it. If you want to

work hard, be held to a real standard and get paid properly for results,

apply.
