Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize Voice and Chatbots inCognigy.AI

- Implement and configure CognigyAI Agents and advanced conversational flows

- Develop and maintain dialog structures, intents, entities, and context handling

- IntegrateCognigysolutions with external systems , including APIs, CRM, and telephony platforms

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams

- Configure and improve NLU models , conversation logic, and fallback strategies

- Troubleshoot and optimize bot performance, latency, and conversation success rates

- Support deployment pipelines across Dev, Test, and Prod environments

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with the Cognigy.AI platform

- Strong knowledge of CognigyAI Agents

- Proven experience building VoiceBots / IVR automation

- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and backend system integrations

- Solid understanding of JavaScript / Node.js for extensions, flows, and custom logic

- Experience with NLU concepts , including intents, entities, training, and tuning

- Familiarity with telephony integrations , such as SIP or Genesys

- Experience with JSON, debugging, and system integration patterns

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and proactively

- Fluent English

- Strong communication skills in cross-functional teams
