Position: Pharmacist Type: Contract Compensation: $75–$120/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities - Confirm interaction, dosing, or contraindication findings against the patient's full medication list and chart. - Catch missed interactions, stale patient data, and monograph guidance superseded by newer Special Alerts . - Judge completeness of the clinical picture, ensuring all active meds, labs, and comorbidities are considered. - Distinguish "permitted" from "appropriate" and flag poor drug choices for specific patients. - Verify that clinical conclusions are carried through with order updates, prescriber notifications, and documentation.
