The Ronin Admin uses the Ronin process to provide administrative, bookkeeping, and financial support across multiple clients. This role manages day-to-day financial workflows, maintains accurate and organized documentation, and supports month-end close activities and reporting.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple client priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, client-service environment. Real-world experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Purchase Order processing (Generate, Submit, Track, and 3-way matching)
- Month-End activities (transaction matching, assisting with bank reconciliation, journal entries)
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processing
- Accurate maintenance of financial records and process documentation
- Work with accounting and finance systems and maintain accurate data across platforms
- Assist with other reporting, administrative tasks, and projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
- 1+ year of prior employment experience in bookkeeping, finance, and/or accounting
- Prior employment experience in administration and/or business analytics
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to exercise creativity and independent judgment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company
