About the Role

We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) professional who combines strong technical platform knowledge with exceptional English communication and client consultation skills.

This is not a basic CRM support or data-entry position. THIS IS A FRONT FACING ONBOARDING POSITION

Once proposal is signed you are then give an onboarding document to verify client brain web scrape. Add additional information that will allow our AI automations team to build workflows, pipelines and snapshots. This is a consultive role. Not one size fits all. You will work directly with business owners to understand how they generate leads, manage prospects, convert sales, and communicate with customers and provide a GHL solution that we have customized for this client type. . You will recommend and explain best-practice CRM workflows, AI-powered solutions, and marketing automation strategies using MyLeadHub, our GHL-based platform.

Our clients include swimming pool builders, pool service companies, pool renovation businesses, and hot tub and swim spa retailers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client onboarding and discovery calls with confidence and professionalism.

Ask strategic questions to understand each client's sales process, customer journey, and operational challenges.

Recommend best-practice lead conversion workflows based on the client's business and lead sources.

Explain GHL automation, AI voice and conversational AI, appointment booking, lead nurturing, and customer reactivation in clear business language.

Translate client requirements into documented implementation plans for our technical GHL team.

Guide clients through onboarding, system setup, training, and launch.

Identify opportunities to improve lead response times, appointment conversions, follow-up, and customer retention.

Coordinate with internal automation specialists to ensure the delivered system matches the approved client strategy.

Educate clients on how to use MyLeadHub effectively and confidently.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).

Experience conducting live client onboarding, discovery, or CRM consulting calls.

Strong understanding of GHL workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, surveys, triggers, and integrations.

Working knowledge of GHL's AI capabilities, including conversational AI and AI-assisted lead engagement.

Experience designing or recommending lead follow-up, appointment-setting, and nurturing automations.

Excellent spoken English, with clear pronunciation, strong listening skills, and the ability to communicate naturally and professionally with U.S.-based business owners.

Ability to explain technical concepts without overwhelming nontechnical clients.

Strong documentation, organization, and follow-through skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with U.S.-based marketing agencies.

Experience with home services, construction, retail, or other high-ticket sales businesses.

Familiarity with AI voice agents, missed-call follow-up, SMS automation, lead reactivation, and reputation management.

Experience converting discovery calls into actionable GHL implementation specifications.

Ability to identify additional automation opportunities that provide measurable business value.
