Wearecurrentlyseekinga Change Management Consultant tojointhetransformationprogramofourSwedishclient,aglobalmanufacturingcompanyprovidingforest,park,lawnandgarden,andconstructionproductsforprofessionalsandconsumers.
In this role, you will support a large-scale business transformation initiative across manufacturingsites,withastrongfocusonCzechfactories.Youwillworkcloselywithbusinessstakeholders,projectteams,localleaders,andchangeagentstodriveorganizationalreadiness,stakeholderengagement,communication,andadoptionofnewwaysofworking.
