Role Overview:
The Change Business Partner will lead the people-side implementation of strategic transformation across manufacturing operations. A key focus will be supporting the deployment and behavioural integration of standard costing across manufacturing sites, ensuring consistency in cost control, performance tracking, and margin visibility. The role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing, ERP (notably Microsoft D365), and change facilitation to support both people and site-level transitions.

- Work with local teams to build understanding of how standard costs are created and maintained, including bill of materials (BOM) accuracy, labour and machine rates, and overhead allocation.
- Deliver training and capability-building activities that strengthen cost awareness and accountability across production and planning teams.
- Act as the link between Global Process Owners, finance teams, and manufacturing sites, turning costing policy into practical day-to-day processes within D365.
- Support the accuracy and integrity of costing data by identifying gaps in processes, systems, and reporting, and helping teams put the right controls in place.
- Drive adoption of new ways of working, making sure standard costing becomes embedded in decision-making rather than simply a finance exercise.

- Ability to engage both finance and non-finance teams in understanding the operational impact of cost changes, cost performance, and product profitability.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence frontline teams, middle management, and senior leaders.
