About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Global Partnerships & Strategic Outreach: Map, research, and identify potential corporate sponsors, institutional partners, and international NGOs across US, EU, Africa, and Asia. Lead cold outreach and pitch campaigns independently.

2. Grant Strategy & Opportunity Mining: Identify and track high-value global grant opportunities. Translate organizational goals into compelling grant proposals, strategic alignment pitches, and impact briefs.

3. Program Storytelling & Communications: Author post-event recaps, community newsletters, and impact stories for global summits, workshops, and ecosystem programs.

4. Executive Operations & Growth Strategy: Serve as a key thought partner and execution lead to US leadership - proposing operational improvements, solving bottlenecks, and executing growth deliverables independently.
